We continue our conversation with Enrico: a new year has just begun… Time for assessments, plans, and future visions for all businesses.
With this second interview, we want to find out more about Giacomazzi srl, asking those who work there every day and make crucial decisions within it. So, let's hear from Enrico again!

The interview

Hi Enrico, welcome back to the blog! Would you like to share a reflection on the year just ended, including a quick summary?

I'd say it's been a very challenging year due to the high cost of energy: no one would have ever expected such a situation! But despite this, we've always been committed to maintaining the high quality of our products, as we also discussed in our blog in the summer of 2022.

Are there any new projects on the horizon for 2023? More specifically, we ask: will the products available on your e-commerce site evolve? Do you plan to experiment with new recipes or ingredients you've never offered before?

We're currently developing new products that we want to add to our e-commerce catalog. As soon as they're ready for launch, we'll announce them on all our channels ... We can't wait!

Speaking of future projects: do you have any dreams that haven't yet come true?

One of our greatest desires is to promote the Giacomazzi brand and craftsmanship throughout Italy and Europe.

After Re-bread beer, the new panettone linked to donations to the GIOCAMICO association, are you considering other charitable initiatives or products with a strong ethical connotation?

Finally, a tough question: what do you think will happen in the industry in 2023?

I think it will be another year full of surprises, and we must never let our guard down when it comes to the quality of our products and service, striving to offer new products, staying up-to-date, and listening to our customers' requests.
