Created with passion and expertise by Giacomazzi 1968, this colomba is a true delight for the senses.


The artisanal colomba with pistachio drops and pistachio icing represents an authentic delight of our bakery, prepared following recipes handed down through two generations and naturally leavened. Enriched with pistachio drops, this dessert stands out for its fragrant and enveloping dough, recommended to be enjoyed at room temperature.
