How do I register to the site?

Is the registration mandatory?

No, you can also buy as a guest, without completing the registration. We always advise you to register; the procedure is simple and quick and in doing so you can receive promotions and news.


Is it possible to cancel/modify my order?
No, you cannot modify or cancel your orders. We process your purchases very quickly so we do not make it possible to modify or cancel orders. Be careful during the purchase phase and do not hesitate to contact us if you need assistance.

I forgot my password, what can I do?
You can retrieve your login credentials at any time. Enter the section to access your account, click "Forgot Password" on the password entry request and follow the procedure.

Can I change my registration data or delete my profile?
Yes, you can delete your profile or access it to update and edit the data entered at any time.

Is it safe to make payments on Giacomazzi 1968?

SHIPMENTS

What are the shipping methods and costs?
You can see the shipping costs expected at the end of a placed order. The costs will appear at the time of confirmation of the shopping cart.

Is it possible to trace a shipment?
Yeah, our shipments are tracked. To see the status of your shipment in real time and delivery times, please visit the courier website and check your order by entering your tracking number for your purchase.

Can I change the shipping address?
Within two hours of the order confirmation, if the order has not yet been processed, you can report any changes to your delivery address by e-mail. Alternatively, our courier is flexible and at your disposal for any changes. Simply contact him by specifying the tracking number of your order, the previous wrong address and the new correct delivery address.

When will I receive my order?
The delivery of your order is made between 9 and 18 am from Monday to Friday, in a safe manner and in full compliance with the times indicated, which are 24/48h from the taking over of your order by the courier. It is possible that times change depending on the delivery zone.

Where do you ship your products?
Shipments take place in Italy and Europe with the exception of: San Marino, Livigno, Campione d'Italia, United Kingdom, Switzerland.

AFTER-SALES ASSISTANCE AND RETURNS

The product does not correspond to my order, what can I do?
If the product does not comply with your order, please email us describing the error. We will be happy to solve the problem quickly, so that you can have exactly what you wanted.

You can report any disputes relating to the service within 48 hours after delivery by writing to customercare@giacomazzi1968.it documenting the dispute with photographic material.


The product I received is damaged, what can I do?
We guarantee the selection of the "insured shipment" option from damage or theft on all shipments, in the cart > information > shipments section. The shipping insurance is valid from the warehouse of the manufacturer/ distributor to the delivery address indicated in the order.

If the package received is visibly damaged, we do not recommend to withdraw it. Leave it to the courier, declining responsibility for any damage caused to the package and the goods contained. If you have already accepted the shipment from the courier, we can not help you. In general, however, our packaging is accurate and durable so don’t worry about your shopping.

I have not received my order, what can I do?
In case of impossibility of delivery of the products because of the absence of your presence or that of the person in charge to receive the expense in the day and in the agreed time slot, the products will not be cancelled from the order and the relative amount will not be credited.

If you do not receive all the products indicated in the order sent and accepted, we will promptly refund the amounts relating to the Products ordered and not delivered.

Can I return my order?
It is not possible to return food products that are likely to deteriorate quickly; sealed goods cannot be returned for hygienic reasons-sanitary also because they could have been opened after delivery and purchased products by a non-consumer customer and/or that requires invoice cannot be returned.

You can only make products purchased on the website that can be returned intact in the respective seal, and placed on the market without endangering the health of consumers. You can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery of the products, through a communication to the e-mail address customercare@giacomazzi1968.it in the manner indicated on the page Returns and Refunds.


How can I request a refund?
In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, we will refund the full amount of products returned, within 14 days from the date on which the notice of withdrawal was received. The article I want is sold out, will it be reassigned?
At the moment we have no way to confirm if a specific item will be available.

The product doesn't match my order, what can I do?

If the product doesn't match your order, please email us describing the error. We'll be happy to resolve the issue quickly so you can get exactly what you wanted.
