1. Credit card
To ensure maximum security, the Customer will make
the payment transaction directly on the secure server of the payment system
provider. The data for payment by credit card are processed directly by
the payment system provider as specified in the Privacy Policy.
1.2. Paypal
To ensure maximum security, the Customer will be
redirected to the Paypal site where he can make payment in the manner accepted
by Paypal and in compliance with the conditions.
ATTENTION
With the completion of the purchase order, the
customer:
a) guarantees the availability of the amount
necessary for the payment of the Products ordered;
b) may decide whether to expressly authorize the
Company or third parties authorized by it to keep on its systems the credit
card or Paypal account identification in order to authorize any subsequent
debits by the Company and thus to allow the Customer Single Expense repurchase
on the Website/APP with facilitated mode.
1.3. Invoicing
If the purchase is made by a professional or a
company it will be possible to enter during the order procedure the billing
data including tax code and/ or VAT and SDI. The Customer is responsible
for the correct entry of the billing data and is expressly informed that, in
case of failure to request the invoice at the time of order, it will not be
possible to request it later.
General
government or companies subject to split payment (for example, public companies
or companies listed in the FTSE MIB index) must contact the customer service of
Giacomazzi Srl before completing an order on the Website. As
for these subjects, Giacomazzi Srl is authorized to cancel orders made without
prior notice.
ATTENTION
By completing the purchase order, the Customer expressly authorizes the
Company to make available the receipt/invoice of the purchase on the personal
profile (section "My orders") where it will be available for download
of the document in PDF format.
