The ReBread – Bread Meets Beer evening, hosted at our Bakery Coffee at Via Emilia Ovest 151 in Parma , was much more than a simple tasting: it was a true celebration of conscious food, innovation and conviviality.

A beer that tells the future

The undisputed star of the evening was Birra ReBread , a truly special craft beer made from the recovery of unsold bread from our workshops. A circular economy project that takes shape with simple yet meaningful ingredients:

●     recovered artisanal bread

●     locally grown flour

●     a short and transparent supply chain

●     a sustainable and earth-friendly vision

This beer isn't just good to drink, it's also a story worth telling. And we told it, toasting together.

A culinary journey by Andrea Poli

Accompanying every sip is an exceptional menu designed by chef Andrea Poli of Memo's , who has conceived and crafted creative dishes to showcase every aspect of ReBread. A journey through authentic flavors, local ingredients, and pairings designed to surprise without compromising simplicity.

Each course has been designed to interact with the beer, creating a harmonious, profound and engaging experience.

We thank everyone who participated, filling our bakery with enthusiasm, curiosity, and awareness.
