On the blog we have already introduced you to La Micca , our craft beer made from Parma’s oldest and most typical unsold bread, the “Micca di Parma”.

How our Re-Bread beer is born

From unsold bread we created a new product, a light , bottom-fermented, unfiltered, and unpasteurized Keller craft beer (4.9% alcohol by volume).
Straw yellow in colour, characterised by delicate and genuine aromas, La Micca manages to amaze with every sip with its unparalleled aftertaste of bread .

Choosing our craft beer means choosing a safe, quality, and certified Italian product, but also sustainable because by reusing bread, we have reduced the consumption of raw materials and the resulting environmental impact .
