Yes, you understood correctly and no, we haven't gone crazy: " La Micca" is the new craft beer by RE-BREAD , a bottom-fermented, unfiltered and unpasteurized keller, which comes to life from the leftover bread from our stores (that's why "Re-bread"), thus reducing the consumption of raw materials and promoting less environmental exploitation.

Our beer is characterized by a straw yellow color and delicate, authentic aromas: it will surprise you with its unique and unmistakable aftertaste of... Bread!

The alcohol content is 4.9% vol. , making it perfect for accompanying aperitifs, light dishes, baked goods, pizza, and even fish.
