In this period in which we are experiencing significant increases in the costs of raw materials and energy , we would like to make our small contribution to the topic with a reflection to share with you.
We all know that the rising cost of raw materials and energy in our country compared to 2021 is worrying.

What does this mean for our company?
Our company was born from the care we take in selecting raw materials and paying attention to artisanal production processes. It's not easy for a company like ours, which has always placed such a strong focus on the quality of its raw materials and the continuous experimentation of new products , to address this situation.
What's more, we're a bakery and pastry shop that places constant laboratory experimentation at the heart of our work, creating new products that best meet our customers' needs, habits, and preferences.
This means investing in research : every baked and confectionery product signed by Giacomazzi is the result of experimentation.
On the other hand, from this DNA of ours a RE-BREAD beer was also born , obtained from unsold bread!
We are still convinced today of this philosophy of ours and this strong belief of ours: the craftsmanship of everything we create in our workshop makes us who we were, who we are, and who we will be.
How are we reacting to this surge in costs?
We answer this question with honesty and transparency : we are absorbing higher production costs to consistently carry forward our way of working , without neglecting quality.
One of the paths we want to continue pursuing, even during this difficult economic crisis, is to create products designed for the specific consumer segments who turn to us—those who prefer a more expensive product that guarantees an Italian, artisanal supply chain and authentic flavor. Products that meet their needs, their values, and their lifestyle.
To do this we must pursue the path of authentic craftsmanship , without ever compromising what we have always believed in.
