The 100% Italian grain shortcrust pastry welcomes the sweet taste of black cherry and the aromatic taste of Emilian amaretto in a versatile recipe, 100% artisanal and handed down for generations, to dye every sweet moment of the day with passion. The topping of shortcrust pastry "tagliatelle" delights the palate giving a crunchy sensory experience with unmistakable notes.


The sweet and delicious notes of black cherries and macaroons, reminiscent of the flavors of the past, make the cake a versatile, simple and delicious dessert for breakfast or snack but also appetizing for a delicious after-meal.
