Among the novelties of these festivities, the artisan Panettone with lemon peel and caramel, the latest creation from the Giacomazzi artisan laboratory, is undoubtedly not to be missed.
This special taste is inspired by the traditional recipe and carefully selects ingredients and raw materials: the eggs of free-range hens and honey from exclusively Italian beekeeping are combined with a golden and fragrant dough.
A preparation based on sourdough which, after a double leavening of over 30 hours, infuses the artisan panettone with a soft and digestible soul.
To preserve the precious heart dotted with lemon zest and drops of caramel, the Christmas cake is wrapped in a shell of almond icing, which gives a light crunchiness contrasted with a soft 100% handmade cloud.
The taste is interesting, fresh and soft, all to be discovered and shared!.
